The annual retainer is considered a management fee.

What is covered depends on your policy details!
You may (or may not) have office visit, lab fees, diagnostic tests and specialist visits covered.
These are medical procedures that you may need, if I deem necessary.

I am required to bill your insurance for the visit;
depending on your policy, you may be required to pay this fee or a co-pay.
I keep this charge as low as i can, normally $150-250/visit.

There is no office visit fee for phone consultations.

If you do not have insurance, your insurance does not cover labs, or you have a high deductable,
you may have some out of pocket expenses.
I charge a flat fee for basic labs. Lab work depends on your case, but usually does not exceed $200.
There is no balance billing.

When you come and see me in my personal/confidential office, I can prescribe any medication that is appropriate for your health.

I do not prescribe any narcotics or HGH! So, do not ask!

My goal is to be your personal physician and to keep you healthy and strong! If we decide that testosterone replacement therapy is required, under my close care, I can prescribe this over state lines during the year we are contracted together.

The FDA and other branches of Federal and State agencies want me to care for you properly (yes, it's true!). Appropriate doses of prescription testosterone are perfectly legitimate, if you have the need for this. Obviously, real prescription medications are going to be better that the crap made in basements or from wholesale compounding companies, not to mention steroids/ HGH from China. The day of the "anti-aging" clinic and blind prescriptions mailed out to people is over!!

Men who have used anabolic medications to any extent and show clinical signs and symptoms of hypogonadism will require a physician's care and support. And any man who is middle-aged and has the Metabolic Syndrome (we can discuss this and if you meet the criteria when you come in to see me), requires a through medical examination and lab work to detect hypogonadism (low testosterone). This is now a real medical problem and needs to be addressed by a medical physician. This is what I have learned to do over many years. After our time together and the many tests I will perform, you may need other medications (for example, medications for hypertension, cholesterol and diabetes). Depending on our plan, I can start you on these medications and make sure I coordinate with your physicians in your home state.

The Men's Health Program ($1,750/year - limited scope) involves expert diagnosis and management related to Hormone Replacement / Anabolic Steroid use.

This progam includes an initial thorough history and physical exam. [This is the time that the Doc will answer ANY medical question you have - BAR NONE]. Recommendations from this initial exam will be rendered for your primary care physician, but care, apart from HRT/AS, will not continue through out the year!!!!!! For that . . . see below!

The Primary Care / Full Access Plan ($2,750/year - full scope) covers a patient as if he is a full-time patient under Dr. O'Connor's care, including unlimited consultation, (eg. gastro-intestinal issues, extensive cardiac evaluation "heart health", common cold . . . ) and prescription services including refills and "calling in meds" - anywhere in the US.
