We start off all new patients with a 1-hour Consultation. The consultation fee will be applied to one of our service plans below should you decide to join the practice.
The annual membership and consultation fee(s) are exclusive services and are not covered by insurance. Credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Savings Account (FSA) are accepted. We are in network with most medical insurance companies, including Medicare. All costs associated with your medical services, including covered medications, office visits and covered procedures are billed to your insurance company.
1-hour Consultation with lab order: In person/Phone/Skype/FaceTime/Zoom - $495
Dr. O’Connor will review any recent labs and discuss any issues or concerns you may have. If you do not have any labs, our office will order them for you, anywhere in the US (your insurance may cover the cost of the labs). During your review, Dr. O’Connor will offer his expert opinion and advice, but will not be able to prescribe any medications or perform a physical exam. (Full payment is required prior to labs being ordered and actual consult with the Doctor). You can pay on our website when you order a consultation through our store.
We have a discount lab order option if you do not have health insurance or do not want to use your health insurance for blood work – Please ask us about it.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT): $1,800/year
This level of care is designed for men who may have low testosterone from an organic cause. Oftentimes these patients need hormone replacement therapy. Most of my new patients are men already on TRT that are unsatisfied with their current medical supervision. TRT needs to be managed by an expert physician only. Your first visit will be a 2-hour history & physical. He performs regular labs on each patient to make sure you continue to stay healthy.
Anabolic Recovery: $1,800
Medical advice for men who have used or are using Anabolic/Androgenic steroids and PEDS. If you are concerned about your health, you now have the opportunity to get help.
